Hi and welcome! A little bit about me and how my journey led me to becoming a doula in the Moscow area.

I was born & raised in a small farming community about three hours from here, along with my seven brothers & one sister where we all grew up enjoying the outdoors, lake days, and gardening.

I ended up in the Spokane Wa for college where I earned a certificate in the Office Assistant Program.
I soon realized my heart and mind were not in it, and missed the small-town close knit community that I had left.

From there life took me to working a short stint at a bank, and then moved me onto taking a position working at Costco for the next 10 years, before I met the person I would consider as one of my best friends and adventure buddy for life.

My husband introduced me to the small community of Moscow, and I soon fell in love with the farmers market and the beauty of the country side.

In an unexpected twist of fate I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured one of my fallopian tubes. Emergency surgery was needed and it was through that circumstance that made me want to become a doula and a voice for women.

I have always been passionate about health and it is truly incredible the ways our bodies can adapt and heal.

When I am not working, some of my favorite hobbies include baking, biking, rollerblading, gardening, snowshoeing and of course drinking coffee!! Where would we be without that Magic Bean!?
